Terms of Service — Globlly Home

By using home.globlly.com and placing an order, you agree to the following:

Products: All key holders are devotional wall decor items sold for home use. Product images represent the actual design; minor variations in wood grain or finish may occur since each piece involves handcrafted elements.

Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price charged.

Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If this happens on a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued.

COD confirmation: For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm before dispatch. Repeated unconfirmed/refused COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders from that account.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — including product photography, descriptions, and branding — belongs to Globlly Home and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
